Over the last 20 years Supine PCNL has been described to have several
key advantages:
• Decreased OR time
• Complete access to collecting system from a lateral lower pole puncture site
• Decreased complications
• Improved patient safety during general anesthetic
• Stubborn Surgeons don’t want to change
