• 2/ Why are we doing follow‐up? – To find CIRF? Or to find CSRF?

– Identify hydronephrosis? Silent obstruction?
• Selective imaging (pain) vs routine imaging: 130$ less costly
• CAVEAT 2% silent obstruction rate
•  routine post‐URS US imaging may save kidneys and prevent medicolegal ramifications.
