Ketorolac (Lexington) Stent Study Methods
• N= 92 farm pigs in 5 groups
• 7%, 13%, or 15% ketorolac-eluting stents
• Control: oral ketorolac (40 mg QID) x 5 days
• Measure ketorolac levels in plasma, urine, ureters, kidneys, bladder and liver
