In conclusion
• New laser fibers, out of the box, with the tip intact, resulted in superior fragmentation than when using new fibers that were cut to become coated
• Cutting new laser fibers with Mayo Scissors (at the beginning) risks damaging the fiber tip which can disperse the energy as oppose to focusing the energy on the stone
